Terms and Conditions
Hannah Mills Photography
Effective: May 1, 2025
By booking a session with Hannah Mills Photography (“Photographer,” “we,” “our”), the client (“you”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable retainer (typically 25-50% of the session fee) is required to reserve your session date.
• Full payment is due before/on the day of the session.
• Session dates are not held without a retainer.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• If you cancel, the retainer is non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling due to weather, emergencies, or illness is allowed at the photographer’s discretion.
3. Turnaround & Image Delivery
• Edited digital images will be delivered within 3-5 days via an online gallery.
• Galleries remain active for downloads at any time
• RAW files are not provided.
4. Copyright & Usage
• The Photographer retains the copyright to all images.
• Clients receive a personal-use license to print and share photos (non-commercial use only).
• You may not sell, edit, or claim the work as your own.
5. Model Release
By booking, you grant permission for images to be used by Hannah Mills Photography for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
6. Client Cooperation
• It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time and be prepared.
• No refunds will be given for uncooperative behavior or missed moments due to lateness.
7. Liability
• Hannah Mills Photography is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages during the session.
• In the rare event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or emergency, liability is limited to rescheduling or a refund of any payments made.
8. Edits & Style
• The client acknowledges the artistic style of Hannah Mills Photography and understands that editing decisions are final.
• Minor retouching is included; additional editing requests may incur a fee.
