At Hannah Mills Photography, your experience and satisfaction are important to us. However, due to the custom nature of photography services, refunds are limited. Please review the policy below:
1. Retainers & Deposits
• All session retainers or deposits are non-refundable.
• These secure your date and time, which means we may turn away other clients for that time slot.
2. Session Fees
• If you cancel with less than [48 hours] notice, no refund will be given.
• If you cancel with more than [48 hours] notice, your session fee (minus the retainer) may be refunded or applied toward a future session at the photographer’s discretion.
3. Rescheduling
• One-time reschedules are allowed with proper notice (minimum 48 hours), subject to availability.
• Rescheduling due to weather, illness, or emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Late Arrival or No-Show
• No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of start time.
5. Image Satisfaction
• Due to the artistic nature of photography, no refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with style, posing, or expressions. Please review our portfolio prior to booking to ensure our style aligns with your vision.
6. Digital Files
• All delivered images are final. Once images are delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
• Minor editing requests may be accommodated, but additional edits may incur a fee.
